The internet is a nasty playground with lots of data octopuses and privacy problems. I try my best to “collect” or “collect” as little data from you as possible. This means that when you visit my website, you do not personally transmit any data to me in order to view my pictures and videos. However, I have included content (photos, videos) from other websites on my website. This means that these sites (e.g. facebook, youtube or instagram) may collect and save data from you - even if you are not logged in. So-called cookies are also stored when you visit my website. What kind of data do I collect? If you write me an email, you will of course at least give me your name and your email address, which will then remain in my email program and on the mail servers (in my case: Googlemail) until the email or the email history is deleted. It is also logical: If you call me and do not withhold your number, I have also saved this in my phone. If you don't want any of that, suppress your number and / or use a temporary email address (just search for temp mail). Basically, I try to collect as little data from you as possible and only to save it for as long as is absolutely necessary. I am neither particularly familiar with programming websites nor with legal questions, but if you have any questions about anything, you have problems with elements and processes on my website or you want to get rid of complaints, then just contact me and - I promise - I will give my best to meet your needs.

In general, I agree to any publication and use of photos with the people who can be recognized on them and get my consent before publication. If you discover yourself in a photo, picture or video that I have published, and you no longer want to see this picture or video on my homepage or my social media channels, then just contact me and I will get it from my homepage immediately , from facebook, instagram and youtube - and if you want - also delete it from my hard drive. If you want, I will also delete our email conversations and / or all other data that I have "collected" from you - whether intentionally or unintentionally. An exception are the documents that I still need for my tax return and other things with official reference, e.g. invoices, offers as well as declarations of consent and filming permits.

Conversely, you are welcome to share all of my pictures, photos and videos and link them on your pages and social media profiles, provided you name me (Fabian Grell and / or ClipSkills) as the author of the works and do not earn or want to earn any money with it. Likewise, I don't want you to change my pictures and videos before you distribute them.
